Save your presentations as a PowerPoint Show file with the file extension
PPSX for PowerPoint 2007 format or PPS for 2003-compatible format. If you
choose PPSX, please make sure that the recipient either has PowerPoint 2007
or at least the Compatibility Pack Add-In.

Ute

Just wanted to add some info to what Ute has explained...

You can also save the file as a 97-2003 format in case the user doesn't have
2007 or the compatibility packs. You might still want to suggest that they
download the 2007 Viewer, though, because we're seeing occasional graphics
glitches when running "backsaved" files in the 2003 Viewer (even though
there theoretically shouldn't be any problems).

But you can always test it yourself by downloading and installing the 2003
Viewer to see how your backsaved file looks.
