Making a price list that folds into 3

Im geting a bit stuck with the margins, how do I do it so that I can do 3
sections of a price list. so that when I print it off I can fold it into a
third of itself ..if you know what I mean...I dont know what to ask office
help as I doint know what it is called when you want to do it like that!!!!
Is there a template thats already there for what I want to do????

This is usually called a tri-fold brochure. If you look at Word's Templates,
under the Publication tab, there is template called Brochure. This is
actually a tri-fold brochure with a good explanation of how to modify it to
your needs.

Thanks for that...It was exactly what I wanted....lol when I read back
through what I put...how on earth did you understand what I meant !!!!!!!!!!!

And if you want to do this with just columns, you need to set the distance
between columns equal to the sum of your outside margins. After folding a
sample, you may want to fine-tune the column widths slightly (to make the
third column a little narrower so that that panel folds into the space
inside the fold between columns 1 and 2).
