MAking a query

Hi
I need to make a search will show all those doing standard projects but also
excludes those who have no mark for stage B. I can make the search to show
all the standard projects however i can't make the query so that those who
have no mark in project b is excluded from the search.

[stage B] Like "*" AND [project b] Like "*"
