Making a shared calendar appear on Outlook Today page

I have a shared calendar in Outlook 2003 (on an Exchange Server account) and
would like to make the shared calendar appear in the Outlook Today screen -
Is this possible? Also can I make the shared calendar the default one? Any
assistance would be most appreciated.
Also, is there a comprehensive set-up/configuration guide available?
