Making an Account Program in Access

Hi,
I am Trying to make an Account Program using Access so that my Shop can deal
with News deliveries Easier.
Firstly, Is it possible to do this using Access or is there a better
program?
Secondly, Are there any books/websites that would help me to do this?

Yes, it sounds like Access will do what you want. Depending on your
familiarity with databases, you will probably be best off getting a book on
Access to match your knowledge level. There should be heaps at any
bookstore with a Computers section, so head to Chapters, grab a coffee and
browse a few.
