making an alphabetical dirctory of entries through Document Map

I input the Japanese words, which I don't know the meaning in a word file.
Basically I copy from an Internet site and past them into word file.
In order to be easy to use and find previous entries, I change the entries
to level one heading and the meaning part to Normal. Then I can see list of
all entries in Documen Map which was very helpful to find the words I was
looking for. Now by increasing the number of entries, it is not easy and I
have to scroll the Document Map.
I was thinking if I could make the entries alphabetically-ordered to find
the desired word easily.
I know WORD might not be a good choice for this purpose and it is better to
use a database application like ACCESS, but this one has the ease of work and
requireing less time.
Is there any way (VBA programming) to change roder of entries
allphabeticcaly? Will be happy to hear comments

You don't need VBA.

Display the document in Outline view. Set the display to show the headings
only. Select all headings. Select Sort from the Table menu.

Dear Jezebel
What a great and what a simple solution. I love it. You are great. I
couldn't imagine to do it so simply. Thank a lot for your nice solution.

Now that it is acheived, is it possible to command WORD to make a simple
break for each alphabets? Let say all words starting with "B" come in next
page right after "A" and so on for others?
