Making and invoice from a list

I have a list of jobs for my company (job No, date, amount quoted, VAT
etc) and it would be great if I could generate an invoice from this
data for each job. Have only just started using Excel so am still in
the dark about how to use it. Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

You can make great looking and very functional invoices using Microsoft
Word. Then use Word's data merge manager (on the Tools menu) to extract
the desired fields and records from the Excel workbook.
