making cards

i work for a theme park and am new to access. i have built a database with
client lists and membership details. my boss wants me to use the report
function to create a template for membership cards. i need to have 6 on each
A4 page. any ideas would by gratefully recieved.

Have you tried the label report wizard?

Create a label report.
Set the page size to A4.
Set the labels to Custom - 6 labels per page.
Open in Print Preview. You may have to play with the margins a bit to get
the sizing right.

It might be expeient to use a mail merge to word and download a template from
one of the label makers with 6 labels per page for A4 paper.
Just a thought.
