Making forms take up the entire screen all the time

I know this may be a simple task, but how do i make my forms take up the
entire screen all the time? At the moment when I open the form it stays full
size but then if I generate a report from that form and then close the
report, when I go back to the screen it has become minimised...

Just put code in the form's "got focus" event to maximize it.

Use the Form_Activate Event to (re-)maximize the Form.

Ooh - Van is right. It is the ACTIVATE event for a form.
