Making gridlines clearer/darker

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I'm used (when working on Windows) to using gridlines when making drawings in Word, but I find the same feature in Word (2008) fro Mac producing much fainter gridlines - in fact hardly visible/useable. is there any way of making them clearer/darker (in Print Layout view)?

Sorry, I'm afraid not.

You might have a go at Help> Send Feedback in Word to communicate the issue
directly to MacBU. I doubt there will be any change in Office 2008, but if
there is enough request perhaps it can be addressed in 2011.

Thanks for your quick reply - I'll have a go at sending feedback to them directly. It's a shame, because I found it a very useful feature, that saved me from learning another dedicated software for simple, but measurement-precise, drawings.
