Making Groove Discussion Group more accessible

The MS Discussion Groups I have found to be excellent - a rich source of
knowledge, very accessible and highly responsive........ EXCEPT for Groove,
which is 'hidden away'. Could this product be incorporated into the main list
of Discussion Groups? (Or is it the intention of Microsoft to drop Groove in
the not so distant future?)

Hello Rose -

I see what you mean - its not visible from the Office Communities list! The
Contact link for that list is not functioning as well - very poor.

I don't believe that Microsoft are planning to kill Groove.* Anecdotal
evidence suggests that lots of teams within Microsoft are using Groove. I
just got back last week from meeting with some of the Groove team, and I'm
optimistic about the future.

*A year ago, my thoughts were less clear on this issue.

Hope your other project is going well. I'm pushing ahead with my ideas on
that theme, having done a bit more research.

I've raised this with contact at Microsoft that is the official conduit to
get this sort of thing fixed. I'll let you know what happens..
