Making HTML the default for Reply messages in Outlook 2007

Good morning,

While I've been successful in setting HTML as my default for new messages,
nothing I can find under Tools - Options seems to work in making my replies
start off in HTML, and it's a pain to do it manually every time.

Suggestions?

Outlook doesn't have such an option - it assumes the sender used a specific
format for a reason and replies in the same format.
