Making labels but not all data fields are shown???

i am trying to use the label maker to print the
information that i want onto 1/2 sheets of paper that
will later be cut in half......the data fields that i
want are in the data base but when i use the label wizard
to select the fields that i want to print onto the sheet
are not all listed,,,,,,,the field that i want is a
description field and this is in access 2000....any
ideas???????
