Making Microsoft Picture Manager my default for opening pictures

How can I make Microsoft Picture Manager my default for opening pictures? I
have I tunes and everytime I dowload there update it overridesthe picture
manager for opening pictures?

Open the Picture Manager, Tools, File types, check the formats you want to open
with the Picture Manager.
