Making MSO 2007 "look" like MSO 2003? I need my old toolbars/menu

I'm a long-term (10+ years) of Excel and Access and use both on a daily
basis. In early 2007, I bought a new laptop (with Windows Vista) and tried
to acclimate myself to the new look of Office 2007 during the included 60-day
Trial. Needless to say, trying to learn Vista (and dealing with its early
"teething problems") and also re-learning how to use Office 2007 was TOO
MUCH! I uninstalled Office 2007 and reverted to my trusty Office 2003.

A few months ago, I bought another new laptop. I'm comfortable with Vista
now and decided to give Office 2007 another 60-day Trial. This time, I
un-installed it after about two weeks!

For new users, MSO 2007 may be as easy to learn and use as MSO 2003,
possibly even easier. But for some of us who know every menu, sub-menu,
shortcut and quirk of MSO 2003 programs- the 2007 face-lift is MADDENING! If
I was forced to use only Excel 2007 from this point forward, my drop in
productivity would be crippling! I'd also be in debt for hundreds, maybe
thousands, of dollars to the office "swear jar". =)

I've seen advertised third-party add-ons that claim to add 2003-like menus
and appearance to 2007 programs. Has anyone tried one of these?

I will appreciate any constructive advice or suggestions that anyone has to
offer. I know I can't be the only one struggling with Office 2007. Share
your experiences in making the adjustment, it would help to know I'm not the
only one having such a difficult time.

For the meantime, I'm clutching to my Office 2003 Professional disc for dear
life! I've also got a full bottle of Xanax on-hand for my next venture into
2007. =)
