Making my notes field appear in my Calendar

When I fill in an appointment I would like to have the data I type
into the large field at the bottom appear on the calendar. What do I
do? (Outlook on a remote system, by the way.)

You would have to upgrade to Outlook 2002 or later and use the Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview view.
