Making Outlook default E-Mail Client

I am not sure if this is an Outlook/Windows or Netscape question so
thought I'd start here.

I use Outlook 2000 for my e-Mail but if I click on a e-mail link on a
web page or from within an e-mail the Netscape e-mail client pops up.

How do I disable that
