Making Pictures smaller for sending e-mail

M

MamaWolf4Three

PLEASE! somebody help me! When I send pictures via e-mail, I used to have an
option to "keep the original size" or "make my pictures smaller". My program
no longer gives me this option, the picture just goes straight to a new
e-mail message as an attachment of the original size....how do I turn this
feature back on? Also, when I unload my pictures from my camera, the pics
used to go into a folder automaticly, now it just scatters my pictures into
"my pictures" file. How do I fix this? Thank you for any info, help, advice!
Katherine.

I don't have a clue about your second question as it's not an Outlook issue
(sorry). For the first question, after you attach a file to your message,
you should get an Attachment Options button to the right of the Attach field
-- are you not seeing this?

Try running Detect and Repair from the Outlook help menu. Make sure you have
your Office CD handy.

Are you using Word or Outlook as your e-mail editor? If you switch from one
to the other, does the attachment options button appear in the other mode?
