Making pix larger when you click on them

I'm using Publisher to design a website. How can I set the pictures up so
that when you're looking at the page you can click on the photo for a larger
image?

One way of doing it is have a larger picture in pdf format uploaded to the
website, say in a folder named pictures (or any other name to your liking).

Next associate a hyperlink with the small picture.

Select the small picture, then Insert Hyperlink which reads

/pictures/picture.pdf

Don, I am curious. Why are you suggesting changing from an image format to
PDF? What is the advantage?

For myself, it's been a habit but could be beneficial to some who only have
10 mb storage for a website.

I just converted a 6.8 mb image down to 210 k by changing it to pdf.
