Making print styles available on a peer to peer network

I have set up several print styles for different views of a task list.
I need to make these styles available in other copies of outlook. They
are both connected to an exchange server and share the tasks through
it. I tried to copy the outprint file from one to the other but even
with outlook shut down on both machines the OS (windows XP) responds
that the file is in use or otherwise locked. How do I share the styles
without regenerating them on every machine??
