Making rules run correctly!

Hello.

My rules work great, but how do I make it so that when I click on
Send/Receive or when it is done automatically, the rules process and the mail
goes to the folders I want instead of my inbox....?

This might be a dumb question but I would appreciate the help, thanks.

which version of outlook? Are the rules checked in theRules wizard? if so,
they should run when outlook is collecting mail - with one possible
exception. Some versions have a problem when outlook first starts because
mail is collected before the rules load. If you leave OL running, rules will
run correctly with later mail passes.

Because your rules say to "move" messages. Change it to "copy" messages if
you want it to go to your Inbox. This can be messy if you get lots of
messages.
