Making sure everyone on the network gets an email!

I would like to know how to assure that when we recieve an eamil to our info@
address, that if 1 person reads it, it still shows up on the the rest of our
computers as unread until we read it. I need to make sure that if one person
reads and deletes it, it does not delete it for everyone else.

Any help?

Thanks

Bryan

Don't know what your mail server is, but make info@ a distribution
list/group and add all the other desired email addresses to it as you wish.

Thanks, but am a little confused. Sorry. If someone sends an email to
[email protected],(our front desk) how do i assure that it will show up on my
computer as well?( my office) Do i need to set up that account on my computer
as well? Can the front desk be set up to copy all the offices?

Again, I don't know what kind of mail server you use. Do you have an
in-house mail server? If so, use a distribution list or a shared mailbox if
you use Exchange. If you're all using individual POP accounts, not much you
can do.
