Making this sheet compatible for excel 2003 users (conditionl frmt

Hi,
I have my sheet at

I want the 2003 excel users to be able to see the coloring(i have applied
for cells conditional formatting) but they cannot view as done in 2007. How
can i achieve this

i think they will need the compatability pack.

I did try that, but its not working. Excel opend where user has 2003 it still
does not show colors used for conditional formatting
Please help
