Making unread messages "red" in color

There is a way to display unread messages in red or any other color when viewing
the list in the Inbox (or any other mailbox, for that matter). However, I'm
blowed if I can find how to change this.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Oops. It's Outlook 2003.

Starting on your Inbox, select the TOOLS menu
in Outlook. Then select the ORGANIZE.
