Making use of a form

My manager needed a form to be created that does not allow changes. I created a form from scratch. However I have 2 problems with this:
1. The receiving person can type on the form, but he can't print it.
2. I am not able to print the form either.

Please help????

Do you mean

a) can't print the item at all, or
b) doesn't print the way you expect
