Hi

At work an email will be received by a department to
carry out a task. This email will be received by more
than one person incase one person is on leave/vacation.
How can the other receipients be informed say by a macro
(pressing a command button) when the task has been
actioned by one of the receipient to prevent duplication
of the task? (e.g. flag it as being cleared or just
sending an automatic email).
