Manage Deliverables Grayed Out / Not Available

Running Proj Pro 2007 on Server. I would like to create a deliverable on a
task. Can anyone tell me why the selection Manage Deliverables (under
Collaborate) would be grayed out and unavailable. I am connected to the
server when attempting to use the function. Manage Dependencies on
Deliverables is available.

In the future, please post your Project Server 2007 questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
you must publish the project before you can create Deliverables. Did you
actually publish your project using File - Publish? Let us know.

Yes, the project was published. Is there some other limiting action I am
required to take before it would be available?
