"Manage Queue" page not visible, error, PS2007

Hello, I have a big problem, when trying to access the "Manage Queue" page
in Server Settings, an error comes up. The error is as follows:

Go back to site
Error
Unknown Error
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

This started happening the day we installed SP1. Can anybody help please???
has it happened to anybody else>??? what can we do to resolve this???
