I create user X, then I deactive this user. I create user Y with user logon
account same with user X, but if I would manage the user Y, the fields are
grey, it means can't be edited. And the message is :
The following resource(s) could not be checked out:
The following resource is already checked out to you in a different session:

I have signed out, but the error is still displayed

I won't attempt to answer this question until you tell us what version of
Project Server you are using. 2002, 2003, or 2007?
