Managed Periods in PWA

Hello,
If i choosed Managed time periods in the Tracking settings page of PWA, can
I set an automatic shift from Open to Closed Status, week by week ?

There is no default method within Project Server 2003 to automatically open
and close each reporting period. Sorry.
