Managers to accept changes in working days

Hi,

When users are submitting requested changes to their working days through
the Web Access, the manager list seems to be whoever is attached to the
"Project Managers" group (the explanation on the web page is "The project
managers list below contains all the managers in the Microsoft Project
Server database"). From the documentation it seems like the Permission
"Manage Calendar Changes" would control this list - however no matter how
much I "deny" the members of "Project Managers" show up.

The setting to which are referring controls whether the resource is able to
manage THEIR OWN calendar changes. Thus, you have forbidden your project
managers from managing their own calendar changes through PWA. Hope this
helps.
