Managing Contacts & DLs

Environment is SBS2000 (Exchange) and Office 2003. WinXP/Pro for desktop
w/all Redmond patches. Boss has contacts & DLs. (Qty:1200). Admin Asst. is
responsible for keeping up with him & contacts since he travels frequently.
She is pub-editor on all folders, and can see mailbox, contacts, etc. No
problem. The issue is trying to add/maintain the 25 distlists. If a DL is
opened, we would like to select members from his contacts. Can not find the
'Outlook Addressbook' tab from her Outlook to add his Contacts as an address
book on her Outlook. From his Outlook, it is already checked as 'show as
email address book'. How can I add it to her address book, so when selecting
members, they can come from his contacts.
