I NEED TO FREE UP HARD DRIVE SPACE BUT ALSO NEED TO KEEP OLD EMAILS. IS THERE
A WAY TO USE THE AUTO ARCHIVE FUNCTION BUT MOVE THE FILES TO A FLASH DRIVE
RATHER THAN JUST TO THE ARCHIVE FOLDERS WITHIN OUTLOOK?

Your Shift key appears to be broken and won't release. Better get that
fixed.

You can store the archive PST anywhere you like, including an a flash drive.
Just change the location in Tools>Options>Other>AutoArchive.
