Managing file extensions that are synchronised

1. Is it possible to add file extensions to the list of files that do not
get synchronised - either by folder share or globally?

2. Is it possible to remove one of the extensions that do not sync by
default (specifically .sav which one of my programs uses as an extension for
user created files)?

The list is not editable.

I hope someone from Microsoft can add this to the list of necessary
enhancements then - it seems to me it should be trivial to make the list
editable.

Hi there,

This is editable in a managed environment as a policy. But you cannot edit
it in the client.
