I am now the person that is trying to keep Groove going as a tool in our
office. We originally purchased a number of licenses. We have two Groove
Account numbers:
Our IT person who was in charge when we purchased these licenses helped me
manage the account as people came and went from our company. We now have a
new IT person that is not familiar with Groove or the process of managing the
accounts online. The prior IT person did not leave this information on how
to do this.
How do I get this problem solved? Thanks.
