Managing Licenses

I am now the person that is trying to keep Groove going as a tool in our
office. We originally purchased a number of licenses. We have two Groove
Account numbers:

Our IT person who was in charge when we purchased these licenses helped me
manage the account as people came and went from our company. We now have a
new IT person that is not familiar with Groove or the process of managing the
accounts online. The prior IT person did not leave this information on how
to do this.

How do I get this problem solved? Thanks.

i am not sure if you are trying to manage groove license package in an EMS
server. If so, you may refer to the following admin guide for detailed
information about how to manage Groove licences in a domain.

Hi,

If you mean to revoke the license of leaving person, you can use Groove web
account to login Groove.net, and manager you account license. You can get
Groove information from Groove.net -> support -> documentation. There're many
user Guide you can review.

Thanks for the reply. NO, I am not trying to manage the license package in
an EMS server. I have about 2 licenses for 30 users and just want to manage
who the active users are. I saw the screen that was used for this. I just
don't know the account name and or password that lets me do this. Thanks.
