Managing Meeting Requests

Hi, I am looking for some help in trying to setup a process for managing
meeting rooms and individuals requests to use them. I know that there is a
way to do so in Outlook but it is not working. I have setup the resources
(rooms) and have setup them up to automatically accept the invitation but I
does not let the person know that their request has been accepted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at this page for some suggestions - you did not say what version of Outlook nor what version of Exchange, if any, so you can pore through the literture until you find what fits your scenario.
