Hi,
My organisation wants to do resource management by exception.
They want to have a report from Project Server that shows
resource/project allocation by month, and be able to filter only those
resources that have total allocation of above 110% or below 90%.
I have created a Porfolio Analyzer view and managed to get a view of
resource-project allocation (using calculated field Allocation =
Work/Availability) but I cannot then use this calculated field as
filter.
Does anyone have any idea, how we may be able to achieve this?
Management wants to only see the exception, and it's a bit difficult
to do the filtering manually every week if you have hundreds of
resources.
If this needs to be done using custom code, does anyone have an idea
as to where I should start?
