Manually archiving sent items folder

When archiving the sent items folder, I do not see the To
field in the archive file. There is the From field but
that is always my name and isn't useful. Is there
somewhere to indicate which fields you want to include in
the archive file when archiving the sent items folder?

Try right clicking on any column then click on Field Chooser. Drag the To
field over where you want it.
