Manually set Meeting to only send to added recipients

I have a very large meeting that I need to remove and add a DL to (didn't
have rights to mail the DL when I created the mtg request). I want to make
sure that when I add them back, it doesn't send an update to all the other
DLs that are on the meeting request. Usually I get prompted to send to only
added recipients but that popup isn't coming up. How can I manually set to
only send the meeting request to the new recipient?
