Manually Uninstall BCM?

I cannot uninstall BCM (SP1) from anywhere! It isn't showing up in my
Add/Remove Programs list. The install files are where they should be.
When I try to uninstall or reinstall from CD I get an error message about a
server not being able to start (MSSQL?).
Where are the setup log files stored?

Hi Ed,

We cannot uninstall the service pack 1 for BCM 1.0

We can generate a log file for the installation by creating the following
registry key

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer]
"Logging"="voicewarmup"

The log file can be found at the following location

C:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Local Settings\Temp\<MSI>.LOG

Thanks,
Gopi

Can you explain how to do that for a lay-person?
