Map existing sharepoint sites to published projects

Hi,
We are using Project 2007 to move all schedules from project 2003 on to
Project server 2007. We are able to save and publish these projects
successfully on to server. I have a question around publish. When we publish,
we have an option to either create or not create a workspace. Now, there
already exists workspaces for these schedules in sharepoint. Is there any way
that i can make the published schedules to point to the existing sharepoint
workspaces as against creating new workspaces? Please let know

You can use the "Project Workspaces" item in the "Server Settings" page to
associate an existing SharePoint site with a project.

Yes, this should be simple to do.

Go to PWA>Server Settings>Project Workspaces. From there you will need to
highlight each project one at a time and select "Edit Site Address". There
you can specify the web application and the URL of the existing workspace.
After filling in the information, click Test URL to validate the URL is
correct and then click OK.

This should do it for you. Let us know if you run into any problems.
