Hi all,
I have tried several times to map the tasks ressources load per month or per
week (using the right chart where you normally see the Gantt) that you see in
the ressource view of Project, in Excel for other calculation purpose.
However, it seems that everytime I fail.
Wath I should do is :
1. Save as/.xls file
2. Select mapping ressources
3. Select ressources name field and a field (month or week). However, there
is no such field that I can select .. What do I do?
The only way I've found is to go in the view tasks ressouces, copy/paste
the ressources loaded hours in the Excel spreadsheet and that is it!. That is
an OK way to do it, however, is there another simpler way of doing it, thus
by mapping the info from MS to Excel?
Oh also, by the way, once in Excel, is there a macro or simpler way of
changing the hr of 150 hr to 150 (three digits) for example without using
everytime the replace by function in Excel?
