MAPI ERROR MESS

When I look for my mail I get: The MAPI spooler has shut down unexpectedly.
Close all mail-related applications before attempting to log on again.
Result: no mail. What gives?

Hi,
This problem occurs if the attachment has no extension, just a file name.
