MAPI error while sending an attachment in Word.

Using Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Windows 2000 desktop with Office 2003
installed.

This error occurs on some workstations. I have domain users as admin to the
local machine, so it shouldn't be a rights issue.

The error message: Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure:
"Unspecified error".

I looked it up online and trying to turn off the Outlook client or Word does
not work. Even rebooting the machine doesn't work.

I appreciate any help or ideas.
