MAPI Error

Hello
We have a webpage that has a link to a custom form.

Whenever anyone using Outlook XP clicks the link to open
the form the following error appears:

Internal MAPI Error: An invalid parameter was passed to a
MAPI function Contact your administrator

However, we can save the form, and there are no issues at
all with Windows 2000

Can anyone help please
