MAPI issues with Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000...

I can't seem to get MAPI to work with Windows 2000 systems
with Outlook 2000 and Exchange server 2000...

One user can send email from word and other apps which
makes this even the more maddening... I've checked all the
usual stuff on the client and the server and very much
doubt that it's on the server. I checked the Knowledgebase
and found little on the topic...

Can anyone help save my hair and help me figure out what
the heck is going on?

A rundown of the exact steps you're following and any error message or other
symptoms would be a good place to start.

NO real error messages. Some of the people that can't mapi
just send the message and it does not get to the
recipient. No error on the server or to the user.

Others, when they click 'Send to' don't get an address
book when they click the 'To' button.

It wouldn't be so bad if one user is already able to do
it. All users were setup the same (or so I thought)...
