MAPISP32.EXE has generated errors

Hi,
I am using Outlook2000 on a Windows2000 Prof; I have
Intenet Email and Personal Folders services in my email
profile.When i launch Outlook, after a 2 min, I get the
error "MAPISP32.EXE has generated errors and will be
closed by WIndows". I can send and receive mail. Also,
when I close Outlook, it wouldnt. Any help will be
appreciated.

Did you get any help with this? I have Outlook 97 on Win 2K Professional and this just started happening to me and MS won't support except via newsgroups.
