MAPISP32 problem

I finally had to upgrade to a new machine and when I re-
installed Outlook, I now get the following error in
Outlook when sending and receiveing mail from my ISP-based
mail server:

"MAPISP32.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You need to restart the program."

Anyone know how to fix this?
