Marco Filters not working

I create form filters using macros and everything worked
fine. Now when I apply the filter in the form, I get a
prompt to enter a range (a parameter). Not sure why this
is happening.

I changed the name of one of the underlying tables, but it
is also changed ont he form.

Any ideas?
