Margin Fix error

T

Terry Thompson

I am using Word 2002 SP2. Lately, I have been having
problems with the bottom 3 inches of my documents getting
cut off when I print. When I go into Page Setup and
examine the margins, the bottom margin reads 1". When I
click okay, I get the following message:

"One or more margins are outside of the printable area of
the page. Choose the Fix button to increase to the
appropriate margin."

When I click "Fix", Word sets the bottom margin to 2.67".
This happens even with new blank documents. I have
already tried to save a 1" bottom margin to the Normal
template, but still get the same result.

What is causing the problem and how do I fix this?

Thanks in advance.
